Located in the west of Miyun Reservoir, at the border of Miyun District and Huairou District, Yunmengshan has own amazing fascinating sceneries. Yunmengshan literally means "a mountain always covered by mist" and called as the "Little Huangshan" because of its beauty.
Yunmengshan National Forest Park has a hill with peak of 1,414 meters high. There you can breathe in a much-needed dose of fresh air. The place is great all year round but campers are advised to bring warm clothes even in the height of summer as it can get quite cold in the evenings.
