Itinerary of 3 Days Fresh Hohhot Tour Package with Hotel

Day 1: Hohhot (L, D)
1. Pick you up from your hotel in early morning, and you will be transferred to Xilamuren grassland. After crossing the Yinshan main veins-Daqingshan, passing old revolutionary bases - Wuchuan County, we will arrive.
- Xilamuren grassland: the first grassland opened to visitors as the tourist attraction with grand views.
2. For lunch, you will taste typical Mongolian flavor-grasping meat. Both mongolian girls and boys present you with the white hada.
3. In the afternoon, you will visit the herdsmen's family and you can understand the sedentary lifestyle. Enjoy the mongolian flavor milk, milk food.
4. And then continue to visit the Mongolian festival shrines - Aobao Hill. End of this day, stay overnight at the local typical residence at grassland.
- Ao Bao: the commonest and grandest activity to sacrificing Aobao of the Mongolian.

Day 2: Hohhot (B, L, D)
1. Pick you up early to visit the beautiful sunrise on grassland and the spectacular breakfast.
2. And you will be transferred to the vast power of the desert (300KM about 3.5 hours). Go across the Yellow River Bridge to visit our mother river -- the Yellow River. Ride on the famous camels roaming the vast desert (at their own expense). Have lunch in the desert, you can enjoy the grand privately Ordos wedding performances.
- Singing Sand Ravine: a perfect scenic spot in Hohhot revealing the desert culture.
3. After dinner, we will check in the yurt.

Day 3: Hohhot (B, L)
1. Pick you up from the yurt, and then transfer you to visit the "Lord" Genghis Khan Mausoleum (160KM about 2.5 hours). You can understand the lifetime of the world famous Mongolian army leader.
- Genghis Khan Mausoleum: the mausoleum of the Mongolian hero - Genghis Khan, with Mongolian's unique artistic style.
2. Then return to Hohhot. Have a trip to the largest ethnic handicrafts production base --- Meng - Liang handicrafts factory. You can see the production process of handicrafts.

1. Inner Mongolia has extreme weather. There is a dramatic difference in temperature between day and night. It is necessary to take some warm clothing or rent them on the spot when you travel on the grassland. It is also one of the driest regions in China. You are kindly reminded to bring hydrated and take moisturizing lotion to protect your skin. - Reservation should be made at least three days before departure time. - Train schedule released above is only for your reference. We reserve the right to choose the train according to the seat.
2. The prices do not apply to National Holidays (Spring Festival, Labor Day, National Day).
3. Children taller than 1.1 meter should be charged as full price, children shorter than 1.1 meter should be charged only half of the price.

The tour was excellent and memorable. Luckily we had good weather on the whole 3 day trip. The morning visit to the grassland was peaceful and relaxing. Different atmosphere we could get from visit the grassland. That was my first time too for see it. The whole itinerary for the tour and attractions itself did not let me down. Perfect!

This tour was very informative and showed us amount of Hohhot famous tourist attractions. Hohhot is still a peaceful place, an isolated site I thought. Few of tourists will know the city. I did experience stay inside traditional Chinese yurt and also get a ton of information about the city. Tour guide was very nice and professional. Quite tiring but I got excellent experience.
