Itinerary of Luxury Sunshine China Cruise Yangtze River Tour

Sunshine China was built in accordance with international five-star standard. Built and put into operation in 1996, it is 87 meters long, 16.4 meter wide with a draft of 2.6 meters. Installed with engines of 2690 h.p., it will be able to sail from Chongqing to Shanghai all the year around at a maximum speed of 28 km per hour in still water. There is 1 presidential suite, 6 spacious deluxe suites, 8 standard single cabins and 54 standard double-bed cabins. Total capacity is 136 passengers.

The ship\'s facilities are for most convenience and comforts of guests: sauna and massage, gym, beauty salon, night club, sunbathe, gift shop, ballroom, business center, satellite communication systems, circuit TV and a lot more.

Voyage: Chongqing to Yichang
Days	Chongqing to Yichang (Down Stream)
Day 1	Transfer from airport (or from your hotel) to the cruiser, board on the ship before 22:00pm.
Day 2	Departs Chongqing at 09:00AM. Shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City. - Fengdu is where the devil lives, according to Chinese legend. They say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu. The town is overlooked by Ming Shan Hill, home of Tianzi, the King of the Dead. The whole place has an eerie feel to it with deserted streets, tower blocks, empty shops and banks. The only people here are those who make a living from visiting cruise boats.
Day 3	Shore excursion to Shennong Stream(10:00AM-13:30PM). - Shennong Stream is a small tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges. The stream races past large and small karst caves, flocks of swallows, sheer cliffs, deep gorges, waterfalls, three-colored springs, rapids, the ancient plank path, a suspended coffin in the cliff, groups of ancient tombs and marvelous karst formations.
Day 4	Shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam site (08:00AM-10:00AM). Have lunch onboard. Arrives in Yichang at 13:30PM. - Three Gorges Dam, the largest water conservancy project ever undertaken by man and it has been a dream for several generations of Chinese people. The construction of the dam formally began in 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction will be competed in 2009. It will be 2,335 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom.

The construction of the dam formally began in 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction will be competed in 2009. It will be 2,335 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom.

The cruiser keeps the right to change and adjust the above itinerary in accordance with the temporal weather, navigation situation and other temporary occurrences

Price Include:
Crusier accommodations, three meals everyday, shore excursions specified on the itinerary. The accommodation is based on one standard bed per person.

Aboard the cruise: You should arrive at Chongqing before 22:00PM to aboard the cruise on the first day. You can tell us your flight number (or train number) and arrival time, or hotel you stay in Chongqing. Our guide will pick you up and drive you to the port to aboard the ship.

Note: There are only two beds in a cabin. Most of the ships do not provide extra bed, so you may need to reserve another cabin, or a half cabin (0.5 cabin) for the third person (for an adult or a big child) .
If you want to take a whole cabin for the third person, a single supplement of 75% to 100% of a single ticket is required. If you only take a half cabin, or only "a bed", the price is the same but he/she need to share the cabin with a stranger.

In order to celebrate my 25 years old birthday, I booked the Chinese Yangtze River Cruise tour with my girl friend. Service offered is very considerate. We enjoyed the romantic atmosphere on this luxurious cruise. Shennong Stream is a very amazing with pearl water running. Fast flowing trend creating very natural scenery!
