How to Book a Hotel?

Our Hotel Search Engine allows you to search for a hotel that meets your needs.
 
(if you come to this page from a specific hotel page, just skip Step 1.)
1. Select city search to find all of the Hotels that we offer in a city or find a hotel which meets more specific requirements by defining your search criteria before searching.

2. Select a hotel in "China Hotels" city list.

3. Select the room type that you require from "Hotel Rooms & Rates' list, and click the orange button-- "Book It". 

4. Write the necessary message in the form.

(If you have logged in, skip step 5 and see step 6.)
5. If you have not logged in our website, you should log in at this step. If you have no account in our website, you should create one and continue this booking.

6. Choose Reservation Method which fits you. If you check in the hotel before 16:00PM - 18:00PM, you could choose book with the method "Book without Credit Card Guarantee." If you check in after 16:00PM - 18:00PM; or the Period of Canton Fair in Canton; orthe Period of F1 Race in Shanghai; the hotels always request Credit Card Guarantee. We do not swipe your card, but give it to the hotel for booking guarantee. You should pay at the hotel side.

7. Check all information you had put in, if it is correct, click "confirm". If there is certain error, or you'd like to change, click (change/edit) to amend it.

8. There is a reservation number created automatically at this page, and you could record it for later check if necessary. We will give you a quick reply usually in 12 working hours. You could also enter your account to handle your reservations.

9. For Flights, Yangtze River Cruises, Hotel and Tour, you should submit one kind by one kind. For one kind reservation will be processed separately with each other. You could check the unfinished reservation at the top right of the page.
