Leshan

Leshan is located in Sichuan Province, the neighboring areas is Qinghai Province, Gansu Province, Shaanxi Province, Hubei Province,  Hunan Province, Guizhou Province, Yunnan Provinces and Tibet Autonomous Region.

Leshan is located in the southwest area of Sichuan Basin with Chengdu Plain to its north; the complicated topography descending down from the southwest to the northeast featureing as hills, mountains and so on. The area of Leshan is 12826 sq km. The major nationalities is Han, Hui, Yi and Miao.

The climatic in Leshan is mild with sufficient rainfall. There are Min River, Dadu River and Qingyi River that aross this city.
