History of Chinese Tea

Tea Making  As a kind of main drinks in China, there is a long history of Chinese tea. From generation to generation the producers have perfectly created Chinese way of tea picking, manufacturing and packing.

According to the legendary Emperor Shennong, tea was born in China in 2737 BC. The story goes: 5000 years ago, the Emperor Shennong promulgated edict that force on hygienic precaution, all drinking water must be boiled. On a summer day, he and his court went to a distant part of his realm. During the rest time, the servants boiled water for the court to drink. Just the moment, some dried bush leaves fell into the bowl with boiled water and the water became in brown color. Emperor Shennong, as a scientist, he was very curious and interested in the new liquid. Drink some, he felt refreshing. Then tea is born and became a kind of drink in China.
