In the north end of Beiiing's Shichahai, there is a small stone bridge with a long history and a famous name: the Yinding Bridge or "Silver Ingot Bridge". Kao Rou Ji, with its immense reputation, began here beside this small bridge. This ancient establishment has over 340 years of history. Amidst Shichahai's enchanting scenery, eating Kaorouji's uniquely flavored barbecued meat will undoubtedly make for an unforgettable meal.
