Itinerary of Mutianyu Great Wall & Forbidden City Private Day Tour

1. Pick you up from your hotel on departure time and then drive you to Tiananmen Square. Then move on to the landmark of Beijing - Forbidden City. The tour in Forbidden City includes the Exhibition of Treasures.
- Tiananmen Square: the heart of Beijing, the largest public city square in the world.
- Forbidden City: best preserved imperial palace in China, the largest wooden cluster in existence in the world
2.On the way to Mutianyu Great Wall, you will have a short visit of Jade Carving Factory. It was not only the excellent skill on carving, but also mixes many Chinese traditional cultures in the jade carving. After lunch, drive to Mutianyu Great Wall, you will spend 2 hours hiking, sightseeing and have a half day excursion on the wall.
- Mutianyu Great Wall: most beautiful mountain scenery makes it gain a high reputation and a great influence in China.
3. Get out of Mutianyu Great Wall, drive you to the last destination of the tour, the Olympic Stadium. You have 45 minutes to take pictures outside the Bird's Nest and Water Cube. If you would like to have the inner view, our tour guide will help you buy the tickets and you could have the inner visit on your own.
4. After the whole day tour, transfer you back to your hotel.

The tour guide was excellent! We had a lot of fun and were able to take good pictures. This tour is highly recommended, all that included on the tour itinerary, we really received it. Fun excursion to Mutianyu Great Wall and Forbidden City! From our experience, Mutianyu section is really recommended section to visit. Less crowded and stunning sceneries! Our guide was very knowledgeable, and Mutianyu Great Wall was just fascinating. We seemed to spend just the right amount of time at each one of our stops, and we covered a lot of ground in less than a day. Apart from the magnificent Great Wall, another stop to imperial palace, Forbidden City was breathtaking. Overall, the tour was priceless.

I love the trip! Our tour guide was fabulous as well as our driver. Mutianyu Great Wall is a nice section to choose better than others section. Breathtaking scenery! I only wish there was more time to climb the Wall. But because our limited time, we could not make it. Moreover, our tour guide was full of information and entertaining. We were well taken care of.
