Day 1: Arrive at Beijing
Arrive at Beijing. Be met & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.
Day 2: Beijing (B, L)
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.
- The Tiananmen Square: The largest city square in the world.
- The Forbidden City: The largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years.
- The Temple of Heaven: The place where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's blessings on the whole nation.
Day 3: Beijing (B, L, D)
Visit the Mutianyu Great Wall. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at a famous restaurant.
- Mutianyu Great Wall: it is lies about 70 kilometers northeast of Beijing in Huairou county. This section measures 2250 meters in length with 22 watchtowers, but now only 1700- meter- long wall with 14 watchtowers is open to the public.
Day 4: Beijing - Xian (B, L)
Visit Hutong, then fly to Xian and transfer to the hotel.
- Hutong: The Hutong has a very special and important position in the rich history and culture of Beijing.
Day 5: Xian (B, L)
Visit the Terra Cotta Warriors and Forest of Stone Steles Museum. This evening you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty show in Tang Dynasty Palace. (Add: No.75, Chang'an Road, Xian)
- The Terra Cotta Warriors: The greatest archaeological findings of the century. The army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb.
- Forest of Stone Steles Museum: Xian Forest of Stele Museum is located at San Xue Street, near the south gate of the
City Wall.
- The Tang Dynasty show: It presents the palace dances and sings in the Tang Dynasty when Xian was the capital.
Day 06: Xian (B, L)
Visit the Provincial History Museum, the Great Mosque and a City Wall.
- Provincial History Museum: As the symbol of the old-line Xian, Big Wild Goose Pagoda is a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists.

- City Wall: Xian was originally a walled city, and even today the wall is considered a landmark dividing the city into the inner part and the outer part.
Day 07: Xian - Lhasa (B)
Fly to Lhasa and transfer to the hotel.
Day 08: Lhasa (B)
Visit the magnificent Potala Palace, Johkang Monastery and Barkhor Street.
- Potala Palace: originally built by King Songtsen Gampo in the seventh century, Potala Palace is located on the Red Hill of Lhasa, Tibet.
- The Johkang Monastery: Located in the centre of old Lhasa city, the Johkang Monastery is a prime seat of the Gelugpa (Yellow) of the Tibetan Buddhism.
- Barkhor Street: Barkhor Street, also known as the Octagonal Street, is a street that revolves around Jokhang Monastery.
Day 09: Lhasa (B)
Visit Sera Monastery, Norbulingka and a Carpet Factory.
- Sera Monastery: the Sera Monastery at the foot of Tatipu Hill is located in the northern suburb of Lhasa City. It is one of three famous monasteries in Lhasa along with the Drepung Monastery and the Garden Monastery.
- Norbulingka: Norbulingka, meaning 'Treasure Park' in Tibetan, is situated in the western suburb of Lhasa City, 1 km
southwest of Potala Palace.
Day 10: Lhasa to Shigatse (B)
Visit Tashilunpo Monastery and Yamdrok Lake.
- Tashilunpo Monastery: Tashilhunpo Monastery is one of the Six Big Monasteries of Gelugpa (or Yellow Hat Sect) in Tibet.
- Yamdrok Lake: Yamdrok Yumtso (or Yamdrok-tso), one of the three holiest lakes in Tibet, lies at Nhagartse, located about 100 kilometers (62 miles) to the southwest of Lhasa.
Day 11 Shigatse to Lhasa (B)
Visit the Palkhor Monastery.
- The Palkhor Monastery: Palkhor Monastery(Kumbum), is very different from other monasteries. Built as a Tibetan monastery, its structural style is very unique, reputed as the lord of Tibetan stupas.
Day 12 Lhasa to Chengdu (B, L)
Fly to Chengdu, Visit Wuhou (Martial Marquis) Memorial Temple and Jingli Street, then transfer to the hotel.
- Wuhou (Martial Marquis) Memorial Temple: Zhuge Liang (181-234) was the outstanding military strategist immortalised
in 'The Romance of the Three Kingdoms' and in the saying wise as 'the Marquis of Wu'.
- Jingli Street: Once the commercial heart of the old kingdoms this ancient street has been fully restored in traditional Sichuan style.
Day 13 Chengdu (B, L)
Visit Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center.
- Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center: Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center is located just 10km (6miles) away from downtown Chengdu. The giant pandas are not only a Chinese national treasure but are also beloved by people the world over.
Day 14 Chengdu to Shanghai (B, L)
Fly to Shanghai, visit the Bund and Nanjing Road, then transfer to the hotel.
- The Bund: The Bund, also called the Zhongshan Road, is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years.
- Nanjing Road: Nanjing Road is China's premier shopping street, it is 3.4-mile-long, starts at the Bund in the east and ends in the west at the junction of Jing'an Temple and Yan'an West Street.
Day 15: Shanghai (B, L)
Visit the Jade Buddha Temple, Yuyuan Market, Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Yuyuan Garden.
- Jade Buddha Temple: Jade Buddha Temple which situated in the western part of Shanghai is the most famous Buddhist temple in Shanghai.
- Yuyuan Market: Located at a very busy marketplace in a complex of traditional-style buildings, backing onto Yuyuan Gardens.You can find everything there from popular local snacks and food, crafts, antiques and souvenirs to Starbucks, tea-houses and some great restaurants.
- Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Towering high up in the Pudong New Area, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower has been the landmark of Shanghai.
- Yuyuan Garden: Yuyuan Garden occupies an area of 20,000 square meters . With the small size of the garden. The pavilions, halls, rockeries, ponds and cloisters all have unique characteristics.
Day 16: Departure from Shanghai (B)
