Itinerary Details:
1. Pick you up from your hotel in the morning. Drive to Ming Dynasty City Wall Relics.
- Ming Dynasty City Wall Relics: a park being built on the one- kilometer-long ruins of ancient Beijing city walls, it was open to the public in May 2002.
2. Then move to Zhengyangmen. The gate-tower and the arrow tower are still extant. It is popularly known as Qianmen, the "front gate," because it is situated directly in front of the Imperial City and the Forbidden City.
3. Then visit Dashilan Street.
- Dashilan Street: the oldest commercial street in Beijing, is now more packed than ever in the Qianmen area.
4. Afrer lunch, visit Beijing Ancient Architecture Museum.
- Beijing Ancient Architecture Museum: the first special museum in China focused on collecting, researching and displaying of China ancient architecture technologies, art and its development history.
5. Then drive to Liulichang Street.
- Liulichang Street: This market specializes in Chinese paintings, calligraphy, rare books, and arts and crafts. At this market the shops all have the look of a traditional Qing Dynasty market area having been rebuilt in the 1980's.
6. Return to your hotel around 6:00pm.
