Recently renovated in 1999, the 4-star Lhasa Hotel is adjacent to the Potala Palace with an altitude of 3,600 meters, one of the most important landmarks of Tibet.
The hotel is also near the famous Norbulingka, the Summer Palace of the Dalai Lama. It is only 10 minutes by car to the center of Holy Town and the magical and Potala Palace. Situated approximately 95 kms from the airport.
The hotel includes three 5 and 6-story buildings with more than 450 rooms and suites. All rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a private bathroom. Some rooms are even decorated in Tibetan Style. Hot water is provided 24 hours and heated in the winter. It has a range of restaurants that provide Sichuan, Western, Indian and Tibetan food.
