Itinerary of Top 10 China Tours - 8 Days Beijing Xian Shanghai Flight Tour

Day 1: Arrival at Beijing Arrive at Beijing. Met and transferred to your hotel. Free time relax and enjoy the rest of the day.

Day 2: Beijing (B, L)
Pick you up from your hotel, and drive to Tiananmen Square, then Forbidden City (including the Exhibition of Treasures), and the Temple of Heaven. In the evening, enjoy the amazing Kungfu Show.
- Tiananmen Square: The largest public square in the world with a total area of 440,000 square meters.
- Forbidden City: The best preserved imperial palace in China and the largest ancient palatial structure in the world.
- Temple of Heaven: The largest existing complex of ancient sacrificial buildings in China.

Day 3: Beijing (B, L)
Pick you up from your hotel, and drive to visit Badaling Great Wall. After that transfer you will have a short visit to a large scale jade processing factory. After that, have some Chinese typical lunch. After lunch, continue the trip to the next destination, Ming Tombs. On the way back to Beijing, you will have an exterior view of Olympic National Stadium, which is the major venue of the 2008 Olympic Games. You have 45 minutes to take pictures at the Bird's Nest and Water Cube. If you are interested in the inner structure of the stadiums, the tour guide will assist you in buying the tickets, and you could enter in the stadiums for a visit yourself.
- Badaling Great Wall: The most famous and best-preserved section of the Great Wall.
- Ming Tomb: Buried 13 emperors of Ming Dynasty, it is the largest clusters of imperial cemeteries in China.
- Jade Carving Factory: it was not only the excellent skill on carving, but also mixes many Chinese traditional cultures in the jade carving.

Day 4: Beijing – Xian (B)
Explore the stunning and beauty royal garden, Summer Palace and old courtyard of Hutong Beijing. Taking rickshaw and explore the old residence, enjoy old buildings around the area include drum tower, silver bridge, Yandaixiejie, romantic Shichahai etc. where you can experience the real life of ordinary people in Beijing. After a la carte lunch at a nice local restaurant, drive you to Beijing capital airport, see off, take afternoon flight to Xian. Arrive in Xian you will be met & transferred to your hotel.
- Summer Palace: The largest and most well-preserved royal park in China, greatly influences Chinese horticulture.
- Hutong: Small streets in Beijing, was the memory of the traditional life and culture in Beijing.

Day 5: Xian (B, L, D)
Pick up from your hotel, have one day city tour of Terra Cotta Warriors (40 miles away from downtown). Afterwards, you will have a brief visit to the Pottery-making House. After that enjoy Chinese typical lunch in the restaurant, then you will visit Shanxi Provincial History Museum. Then move on to the time-honored Ancient City Wall. In the evening, have Dumpling Dinner and enjoy entertained and majestic Tang Dynasty Show.
- Terra Cotta Warriors: It is a part of the Qin emperor's tomb complex, the Terra Cotta Warriors is the greatest findings in the archeology world.
- Provincial Museum: The Mausoleum of the Western Han Emperor Liu Qi (Hanyangling), it was built in the year 153 AD and covers an area of 20 square kilometers.
- Ancient City Wall: the most complete city wall survived in China as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.
- Tang Dynasty Show: a wonderful performance of the ancient music and dance, is a must when you visit Xian.

Day 6: Xian (B)
Pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. After that you will have a local residence visit and taste delicious Chinese home cooked dishes. If you are interested in some Chinese dishes cooking, you could choose your favorite dishes in the menu of our Cooking Class and locals will prepare the ingredients and teach you patiently step by step when you come to the home. After that you will take a flight to Shanghai and our tour guide will greet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 7: Shanghai (B, L)
Pick you up from your hotel and visit Shanghai Museum then transferred to Yu Garden. After that we will have lunch and transfer you to the Bund and get into the cruise trip on the Huangpu River. Explore the Bund and an old street. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.
- Shanghai Museum: ranked as China's best museum.
- Yu Garden: is considered one of the most lavish and finest Chinese gardens in the region.
- The Bund: the picturesque bund with tall building of various tower over the river, looking as a museum of modern world architecture.

Day 8: Shanghai - Departure (B)
Tour guide will pick you up from the hotel and transfer to airport for your flight back home.

8 days China visit really brought me too much! Beijing, Xian and Shanghai, I liked Xian more. It has mysterious ancient atmosphere. Just wandering in Terracotta Warriors, I can saw the Qin Dynasty glory. In addition, Tang Dynasty Show impressed me a deep impression. All the young performers danced the Tang tastes out to the audience. From the gesture, clothes and the music, typical charm flew out!

This time, I challenged Beijing, Shanghai and Xian these three cities. What left me a deep impression is the Shanghai. It could be described as the dazzling star decorating Chinese modern times with many fashionable tastes surrounded, elegant Shanghai Bund and the plazas around!

A long trip to Beijing, Xian and Shanghai which was really memorable and organized. Everything went smoothly and gave us chance to visit numerous famous attractions in 3 cities. The transportation and accommodation was well organized and comfortable, from the convenient hotel pick-up/drop-off, to the plane ride, air-conditioned bus, as well as the hotel and tour guide.

8 days brought us visit several famous historical places around China including Forbidden City, an ancient royal palace in ancient times of China. The architecture of each halls and buildings inside was so Chinese and impressive. The complex was so huge and there we could still feel the old atmosphere of China. One of the highlights of the tour!

8 days explore 3 big famous cities in China, Beijing, Xian and Shanghai. Beijing was just a nice city! Many historical and interesting tourist attractions and all were so impressive! Finally, I have a chance to visit the famous Great Wall. Such a fantastic and incredible site! I would recommend the tour to anybody going to China, well worth it!
