Itinerary of 4-5 Days Yangtze Cruise China Tour - Yangtze Explorer Cruise

Yangtze Explorer is a luxury ship cruise on Yangtze River. This ship offer the personalized, comfortable service for their guests.

From March to November every year, you could have a trip with Yangtze Explorer from Chongqing to Yichang or Yichang to Chongqing with 4 or 5 days cruise. You could have a 4 or 5 days tour. You could enjoy a good rest in the deluxe cabin or the private balcony.

There are 38 deluxe room, 20 standard suite and 4 suite deluxe suite within the ship, it is just like a 5 star hotel and make you feel excellent during your trip. The guest could enjoy movie, Taiji, Chinese cooking, etc. during the wonderful trip on the cruise.

Voyage: Chongqing to Yichang
Days	Chongqing to Yichang (Down Stream)
Day 1	Transfer from airport (or from your hotel) to the cruiser, board on the ship before 22:00pm.
Day 2	Departs Chongqing at 08:00AM~10:30AM. Shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City. - Fengdu is where the devil lives, according to Chinese legend. They say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu. The town is overlooked by Ming Shan Hill, home of Tianzi, the King of the Dead. The whole place has an eerie feel to it with deserted streets, tower blocks, empty shops and banks. The only people here are those who make a living from visiting cruise boats.
Day 3	Shore excursion to Shennong Stream(10:00AM-13:30PM). - Shennong Stream is a small tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges. The stream races past large and small karst caves, flocks of swallows, sheer cliffs, deep gorges, waterfalls, three-colored springs, rapids, the ancient plank path, a suspended coffin in the cliff, groups of ancient tombs and marvelous karst formations.
Day 4	Shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam site (08:00AM-10:00AM). Have lunch onboard. Arrives in Yichang at 13:30PM. - Three Gorges Dam, the largest water conservancy project ever undertaken by man and it has been a dream for several generations of Chinese people. The construction of the dam formally began in 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction will be competed in 2009. It will be 2,335 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom.

The itineraries listed in the form probably be adjusted owing to the bad weather, water level, temporary navigation control and prohibition.

Price Include:
Crusier accommodations, three meals everyday, shore excursions specified on the itinerary. The accommodation is based on one standard bed per person.

Aboard the cruise: You should arrive at Chongqing before 21:00PM to aboard the cruise on the first day. You can tell us your flight number (or train number) and arrival time, or hotel you stay in Chongqing. Our guide will pick you up and drive you to the port to aboard the ship.

Note: There are only two beds in a cabin. Most of the ships do not provide extra bed, so you may need to reserve another cabin, or a half cabin (0.5 cabin) for the third person (for an adult or a big child) .
If you want to take a whole cabin for the third person, a single supplement of 75% to 100% of a single ticket is required. If you only take a half cabin, or only "a bed", the price is the same but he/she need to share the cabin with a stranger.

Staying in the Yangtze River Cruise, I enjoyed a lot! Along the Yangtze River, I really widened my vision appreciating so many amazing attractions, pearl water and tranquil environment. Most of the important is that we got closer to the Three Gorges Dam, very elegant project!

In order to celebrate my excellent score, my parents booked this tour for me. Staying in this luxurious cruise appreciating south-China highlights, I widened my vision and got closer to the nature. Shennong Stream is so fabulous conveying me much surprises, pearl water and green atmosphere!
