Itinerary of 3 Days Chengdu Leshan Buddha & Mt. Emei Tour with Hotel

Day 1: Chengdu - Leshan (L)
1. The tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel or the airport in Chengdu. Then drive about 2 hours along the expressway to Leshan, visit the Giant Buddha, the Sleeping Buddha, and cruise on the river.
- Leahan Buddha: sculpture of Buddha carved into cliffs as the largest Buddha in the world.
2. Then drive to Mt. Emei to check-in hotel.

Day 2: Leshan - Emei Mountain (Mt. Emei) (B, L)
1. Pick you up from your hotel on departure time and then transfer to visit the Mt. Emei.
- Mt. Emei: one of the Buddhist Mountains in China with 26 Buddhist temples.
2. Take the cable car up to the Golden Summit, enjoy the natural scenery, come down to the mountainside, take cable car to Wannian Temple, visit Qingying Pavilion (time depends). Overnight at the foot of Mt. Emei.

Day 3: Mt. Emei - Chengdu (B, L)
1. Pick you up from your hotel and then transfer to visit the Baoguo Temple, Fuhu Temple and the first square in the morning.
- Baoguo Temple: it is center for Buddhist activities in Mt. Emei, and is one of the important temples in China.
2. Then, transfer you return to Chengdu after lunch. Last, the tour guide and driver will transfer you to the Chengdu airport in the afternoon, and see off!

I am really satisfied with all the services that we received. Everything was well organized and we had a wonderful trip in Chengdu by visit Leshan Buddha and Mount Emei. Both attractions were fabulous. Surely worth destinations to visit when come to Chengdu. My family and I, we had a great time, all of it was worth every penny. Thanks!

I knew China is a country believes in Buddhism very much, but it was my first time to see such a large Buddha in China. It is said it was carved in this mountain directly, and is the largest stone carved Maitreya sitting statue in the world. I must rise badly to see its head. Mysterious!
